Join us for this fun workshop, benefitting Gathering Joy, where you will choose from a wide array of fresh herb plants to build your own herb pot that will provide you with fresh herbs all summer long! Guests will enjoy charcuterie and will be able to purchase a glass of wine to enjoy while creating a beautiful and functional planter. In addition, we will provide several recipes that include using fresh herbs and will make an item to take home that includes fresh herbs.

This class has the added benefit of supporting a project called “Gathering Joy” which is founded by four Moms who created an entity called BeYoutifully Broken. All four moms have experienced the devastating loss of their sons to fentanyl poisoning. As they walk their grief journey together they are passionately engaging in advocacy, working with local Behavioral Health and Recovery Services, and inviting other Moms who are also walking this heart-wrenching path of grief to walk with them. All proceeds from this workshop will be dedicated to the annual Grief Retreat that they initiated in 2024 as well as counseling for families grappling with the profound loss of their children. Their belief is that regardless of the circumstances and challenges that they face, everyone deserves to gather a little joy. We warmly invite you to join them and others in our community to gather some joy and turn sorrow into a beacon of hope and healing!
