Join Lindsay of Bradbury Bakehouse for “Grain to Table,” a hands-on baking class designed for curious teen bakers! In this class, students will explore different types of wheat, learn how grain is grown and harvested, and mill fresh flour in class. We’ll also dive into the world of leavening, learning about different types of leaven while mixing a loaf of bread from scratch. Each participant will take home their own loaf to bake and enjoy. This class is perfect for teens who want to better understand the art and science of bread baking!

  • This class is teens 13 and up

  • Please let us know of any food alleries in advance

  • Please have your teen wear non-slip, closed toed shoes, long pans and have their hair tied back, an apron will be provided
