Join Lindsay of Bradbury Bakehouse for “ The Kitchen Club - Picked & Pickled” a fun, hands-on class celebrating the bounty of summer! Using fresh local vegetables and herbs, kids will learn how to make crisp refrigerator pickles and other delicious pickled vegetables from scratch. Along the way, they’ll discover how simple it can be to transform farm-fresh produce into foods they love while building confidence in the kitchen and learning valuable skills like measuring, slicing, and safe food preparation. This class is a flavorful introduction to preserving the harvest and making the most of the amazing produce grown right here at home!

  • This class is for kids 6-12 years old

  • Please let us know of any food alleries in advance

  • Please have children wear non-slip, closed toed shoes, long pans and have their hair tied back, an apron will be provided
